The Sibirsky Khottabych tomato is an indeterminate variety originating from the Altai region in Siberia, Russia. It produces large, pear-shaped, bright-pink fruits weighing approximately 70–150 grams. These firm, meaty tomatoes have few seeds, a sweet flavor, and are crack-resistant, making them ideal for cooking, drying, or preserving whole. The plants are robust and cold-tolerant, performing well even in cooler climates. The name “Khottabych” refers to a genie in a bottle, highlighting the variety’s enchanting qualities.
