A variety originating from Ukraine, the Kalvados Tomato produces beefsteak-type fruits weighing between 180 to 350 grams. The fruits are slightly flattened at the poles, with ribbing at the top and moderately plump shoulders. They have a striking purple to dark brown skin with green shoulders, while the flesh is dark, juicy, and rich in gel and seeds.
