503. GRUNE HELARIOS
The Grüne Helarios tomato is a rare green-when-ripe heirloom variety known for its excellent flavor and high productivity. The fruits are medium-sized, round, and turn a golden-green color when fully ripe. They have a sweet, slightly tangy taste with complex fruity undertones, making them great for fresh eating, salads, and gourmet dishes. This indeterminate variety is vigorous and produces abundantly throughout the season. It matures in approximately 75–80 days from transplant.
