342. GREEN RIPPER
The Green Ripper tomato is a unique and recent cultivar resulting from a cross between the ‘Wild Tiger’ and ‘Danube’ varieties. This indeterminate plant is known for its exceptional productivity and robustness. It yields small, elongated, plum-shaped fruits weighing approximately 20 to 30 grams each. The fruits exhibit a distinctive green-bronze skin with red undertones and have a firm, juicy, and very sweet flesh. Notably, the Green Ripper was awarded the title of “Best Cherry Tomato of the Year” at the 2023 International Tomatofest in Brussels.
