332. EDITH BENHARD

The Edith Bernhard tomato is an indeterminate variety originating from Austria, named after its creator. It produces small to medium-sized round fruits, typically weighing between 40 to 100 grams. The tomatoes have a golden-yellow skin adorned with anthocyanin-rich splashes, resulting in dark shoulders that intensify in color when exposed to sunlight. The flesh is firm yet juicy, offering a sweet and slightly acidic flavor profile. The plant exhibits sparse foliage and can reach a height of approximately 1.6 meters. It demonstrates excellent productivity, with fruits maturing mid-season, around 70 to 75 days after transplanting. Gardeners value the Edith Bernhard tomato for its unique appearance, delightful taste, and reliable yield.
