506. BLUE CHOCOLATE 
The Blue Chocolate tomato is an indeterminate variety developed by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms. This small slicing tomato averages 1 to 2 ounces in weight and features a unique chocolate-brown hue with black anthocyanin-rich shoulders. The fruits are known for their rich, sweet flavor, which intensifies upon full ripening. The plants are vigorous and prolific, offering excellent production throughout the season. Additionally, the fruits exhibit good resistance to sunburn and cracking, with a notable shelf life. This variety matures approximately 80 days after transplanting and is well-suited for fresh consumption, salads, and cooking.
